1. Adapter Sleeve (H) --
Adapter sleeves are the quintessential solution for mounting bearings with a tapered bore onto cylindrical shafts. They are versatile, fitting both smooth and stepped shafts with ease. Their straightforward installation eliminates the need for additional shaft fixation. By using adapter sleeves on smooth shafts, the bearing can be positioned anywhere along the shaft. EESCO adapter sleeves come as a comprehensive set, complete with a lock nut and locking device.

2. Adapter Sleeve for Oil Injection (OH) --
These advanced sleeves feature oil supply ducts at the threaded end and distributor grooves on both the bore and exterior surface. Sizes up to 40 have a single supply duct, while larger sizes include two, ensuring optimal lubrication and ease of use.

3. Withdrawal Sleeve (AH) --
Ideal for mounting bearings with a tapered bore on cylindrical seating of stepped shafts, withdrawal sleeves are pressed into the bearing bore, abutting a shaft shoulder or similar fixed component. They are secured on the shaft using a nut or end plate. These sleeves are slotted and feature an external taper of 1:12 or 1:30.

4. Withdrawal Sleeves for Oil Injection (AOH) --
AOH sleeves are designed with two oil supply ducts at the threaded side and distributor grooves running circumferentially and axially on both the outside surface and the bore. By injecting oil through these ducts and grooves, an oil film is created, significantly reducing the force required to mount the bearing by minimizing friction between mating surfaces.
