Our adapter sleeves, the most widely used components for locating bearings with a tapered bore onto cylindrical shaft seatings, offer unmatched versatility. Whether you're working with smooth or stepped shafts, these sleeves provide a seamless mounting solution without the need for additional fixation. The ability to position the bearing anywhere along a smooth shaft adds to their utility. Each EESCO adapter sleeve is delivered complete with a lock nut and locking device, ensuring secure and reliable installation.

2. Adapter sleeve for oil injection (OH) -
Designed for precision and efficiency, these adapter sleeves feature one or more oil supply ducts at the threaded side, along with distributor grooves both in the bore and on the exterior surface. For sleeves up to size 40, one supply duct is provided; larger sizes boast two supply ducts, optimizing the oil distribution process.

3. Withdrawal sleeve (AH) --
Withdrawal sleeves are expertly crafted to mount bearings with a tapered bore onto cylindrical seatings of stepped shafts. These sleeves, which are pressed into the bearing bore abutting a shaft shoulder or similar component, can be precisely located on the shaft using a nut or end plate. Featuring a slotted design and an external taper of either 1:12 or 1:30, these sleeves ensure a secure and straightforward installation.

4. Withdrawal sleeves for oil injection (AOH) --
Our advanced AOH sleeves are engineered with two oil supply ducts at the threaded side, complemented by distributor grooves running circumferentially and axially on both the exterior and the bore surface. By injecting oil through these strategically placed ducts and grooves, an oil film forms between the mating surfaces of the bearing and sleeve, as well as the shaft and sleeve. This significantly reduces the force required for bearing installation, enhancing both ease and efficiency.
