1. Adapter sleeve (H) --
Adapter sleeves are essential for locating bearings with tapered bores onto cylindrical shaft seatings. They are versatile, suitable for both smooth and stepped shafts, and are easy to mount without requiring additional fixation. With Allfine's adapter sleeves, you can precisely position the bearing anywhere on a smooth shaft. Each EESCO adapter sleeve comes complete with a lock nut and locking device, ensuring secure installation.

2. Adapter sleeve for oil injection (OH) -
Designed for efficiency, these sleeves feature an oil supply duct (or ducts) on the threaded side and distributor grooves on both the bore and the outside surface. Sizes up to 40 include one supply duct, while larger sizes include two. This design facilitates smoother installation and operation.

3. Withdrawal sleeve (AH) --
Withdrawal sleeves allow for the seamless mounting of bearings with tapered bores onto cylindrical seatings of stepped shafts. The sleeve is pressed into the bearing's bore, abutting a shaft shoulder or a similar fixed component, and is secured by a nut or end plate. Our sleeves are slotted and feature an external taper of either 1:12 or 1:30, ensuring precise alignment and secure fitment.

4. Withdrawal sleeves for oil injection (AOH) --
AOH sleeves are equipped with two oil supply ducts on the threaded side, along with oil distributor grooves running circumferentially and axially on both the outside surface and the sleeve bore. When oil is injected through these ducts and grooves, it forms an oil film between the bearing and sleeve, and between the shaft and sleeve, significantly reducing the force needed for mounting. This innovative design ensures a smoother and more efficient installation process.
