1. Adapter sleeve (H) --
Adapter sleeves are the quintessential components for locating bearings with a tapered bore onto cylindrical shaft seatings. Equally effective on both smooth and stepped shafts, they are notable for their effortless mounting, eliminating the need for additional shaft fixation. When used on smooth shafts, the bearing can be positioned anywhere along the shaft. EESCO adapter sleeves come as a comprehensive package, complete with lock nut and locking device.

2. Adapter sleeve for oil injection (OH) -
These specialized sleeves feature one or more oil supply ducts at the threaded side and distributor grooves within the bore and on the exterior surface. Sleeves up to size 40 are equipped with one supply duct, while larger sizes boast two ducts, ensuring efficient oil distribution.

3. Withdrawal sleeve (AH) --
Perfect for mounting bearings with a tapered bore onto cylindrical seatings of stepped shafts, withdrawal sleeves are designed to be pressed into the bore of the bearing. This positioning abuts a shaft shoulder or another fixed component, and the sleeve itself is secured on the shaft by a nut or an end plate. These slotted sleeves are available with an external taper of 1:12 or 1:30.

4. Withdrawal sleeves for oil injection (AOH) --
AOH sleeves are engineered with dual oil supply ducts at the threaded side, along with circumferential and axial oil distributor grooves both on the outer surface and within the sleeve bore. When oil is injected through these ducts and grooves, it forms a lubricating film between the mating surfaces of the bearing and sleeve, as well as the shaft and sleeve, dramatically reducing the force required for bearing installation.
