Ideal for both smooth and stepped shafts, they are effortless to install and eliminate the need for additional shaft fixation. With adapter sleeves on smooth shafts, bearings can be positioned anywhere along the shaft. EESCO adapter sleeves include a lock nut and locking device for enhanced security.

2. Adapter sleeve for oil injection (OH) --
These advanced sleeves feature oil supply ducts on the threaded side and distributor grooves in both the bore and the exterior. Sizes up to 40 have one supply duct, while larger sizes boast two ducts, ensuring efficient lubrication and smoother operations.

3. Withdrawal sleeve (AH) --
Withdrawal sleeves are essential for mounting bearings with tapered bores onto cylindrical seating's of stepped shafts. They fit into the bearing bore adjacent to a shaft shoulder or other fixed component and are secured by a nut or end plate. The sleeves are slotted and feature an external taper of either 1:12 or 1:30, facilitating a precise and secure fit.

4. Withdrawal sleeves for oil injection (AOH) --
AOH sleeves are engineered with dual oil supply ducts on the threaded side and distributor grooves in both the circumferential and axial directions. These grooves are present on both the exterior surface and the sleeve bore. When oil is injected through these ducts and grooves, an oil film forms between the mating surfaces of the bearing and sleeve, as well as between the shaft and sleeve, drastically reducing the force needed for bearing installation.
