Our EESCO adapter sleeves come complete with a lock nut and locking device, offering ease of installation and reliable performance, ensuring the bearing can be positioned precisely anywhere along the shaft.

2. Adapter Sleeve for Oil Injection (OH) --
Designed for optimal lubrication, these sleeves feature oil supply ducts at the threaded end and distributor grooves both in the bore and on the outer surface. Sizes up to 40 have one supply duct, while larger sizes are equipped with two. This ensures efficient oil distribution and enhanced operational longevity.

3. Withdrawal Sleeve (AH) --
Withdrawal sleeves facilitate the secure mounting of bearings with tapered bores on cylindrical seats of stepped shafts. The sleeve fits into the bearing bore, abutting a shaft shoulder or similar fixed component, and is secured using a nut or end plate. These sleeves are slotted and feature an external taper of either 1:12 or 1:30, ensuring a firm and reliable fit.

4. Withdrawal Sleeves for Oil Injection (AOH) --
AOH sleeves are engineered with dual oil supply ducts at the threaded end and intricate oil distributor grooves running both circumferentially and axially on the outer surface and inside the bore. When oil is introduced through these ducts and grooves, a lubricating film forms between the mating surfaces of the bearing and sleeve as well as between the shaft and sleeve. This significantly reduces the force needed for mounting, ensuring smooth and efficient assembly.
