1. Adapter sleeve (H) --
Adapter sleeves are the quintessential components for mounting bearings with a tapered bore onto cylindrical shaft seating. Adaptable for both smooth and stepped shafts, they offer unparalleled ease of installation and require no additional fixation on the shaft. When used on smooth shafts, the bearing can be positioned at any location along the shaft. EESCO adapter sleeves come complete with a lock nut and locking device, ensuring a secure and reliable fit.

2. Adapter sleeve for oil injection (OH) --
These specially designed sleeves feature an oil supply duct (or multiple ducts) on the threaded side, along with distributor grooves both in the bore and on the outer surface. Sizes up to 40 include one supply duct, while larger sizes are equipped with two ducts, ensuring optimum performance.

3. Withdrawal sleeve (AH) --
Withdrawal sleeves are ideal for mounting bearings with a tapered bore onto cylindrical seating of stepped shafts. The sleeve is pressed into the bearing's bore, which abuts a shaft shoulder or another fixed component. The sleeve is secured on the shaft using a nut or end plate and features slots with an external taper of either 1:12 or 1:30.

4. Withdrawal sleeves for oil injection (AOH) --
AOH sleeves are engineered with two oil supply ducts on the threaded side and distributor grooves in the circumferential and axial directions on both the outer surface and the sleeve bore. When oil is injected through these ducts and grooves, it forms a film between the mating surfaces of the bearing and sleeve and between the shaft and sleeve, significantly reducing the force needed for mounting.
