1. Adapter sleeve (H) --
Adapter sleeves are the most commonly used components for mounting bearings with a tapered bore onto cylindrical shafts. Versatile and easy to install, they can be utilized on both smooth and stepped shafts. These sleeves do not require additional fixation on the shaft, allowing the bearing to be positioned anywhere along the shaft. EESCO adapter sleeves come complete with a lock nut and locking device, providing a secure and reliable fit.

2. Adapter sleeve for oil injection (OH) -
These innovative sleeves feature an oil supply duct (or ducts) on the threaded side, alongside distributor grooves within the bore and on the outer surface. Sleeves up to size 40 come equipped with one supply duct, while larger sizes incorporate two ducts, ensuring efficient lubrication and smooth operation.

3. Withdrawal sleeve (AH) --
Withdrawal sleeves facilitate the mounting of bearings with a tapered bore onto cylindrical seatings of stepped shafts. By pressing the sleeve into the bearing bore that abuts a shaft shoulder or similar fixed component, secure positioning is achieved. The sleeve is held in place by a nut or end plate and features a slotted design with an external taper of either 1:12 or 1:30, ensuring precision and stability.

4. Withdrawal sleeves for oil injection (AOH) --
The AOH sleeves are designed with dual oil supply ducts on the threaded side, complemented by oil distributor grooves arranged circumferentially and axially on both the exterior surface and the bore of the sleeve. When oil is injected through these ducts and grooves, a lubricating film forms between the bearing and sleeve, as well as between the shaft and sleeve. This significantly reduces the force needed for bearing installation, enhancing efficiency and ease of use.
