Adapter sleeves are pivotal components for positioning bearings with a tapered bore onto cylindrical shafts, adaptable to both smooth and stepped shafts. Their effortless installation requires no extra fixation on the shaft, allowing for versatile positioning of the bearing. EESCO adapter sleeves come with a complete lock nut and locking device, ensuring secure and reliable performance.

2. Adapter Sleeve for Oil Injection (OH) --
These advanced sleeves feature an oil supply duct (or ducts) at the threaded side, with distributor grooves in both the bore and the outside surface. Models up to size 40 incorporate one supply duct, while larger sleeves are equipped with two, ensuring efficient lubrication and enhanced durability.

3. Withdrawal Sleeve (AH) --
Withdrawal sleeves facilitate the mounting of bearings with a tapered bore onto cylindrical seatings of stepped shafts. They are pressed into the bearing bore, abutting a shaft shoulder or another fixed component, and are secured on the shaft by a nut or an end plate. With an external taper of 1:12 or 1:30, these sleeves are slotted for optimal performance.

4. Withdrawal Sleeves for Oil Injection (AOH) --
The AOH sleeves are engineered with two oil supply ducts on the threaded side, complemented by oil distributor grooves in both circumferential and axial directions on the outside surface and sleeve bore. When oil is injected through these ducts and grooves, a film is formed between the mating surfaces, significantly reducing the force required for bearing installation, ensuring smooth and efficient operation.
