1. Adapter sleeve (H) --
Adapter sleeves are the most commonly used components for securely locating bearings with a tapered bore onto cylindrical shaft seatings. They offer flexibility for use on both smooth and stepped shafts. Easy to mount and requiring no additional fixation on the shaft, adapter sleeves are versatile. When used on smooth shafts, they allow the bearing to be positioned at any point along the shaft. EESCO adapter sleeves come complete with a lock nut and a locking device for added security.

2. Adapter sleeve for oil injection (OH) --
These OH sleeves are engineered with an oil supply duct (or ducts) on the threaded side, accompanied by distributor grooves both in the bore and on the exterior surface. For sizes up to and including 40, a single supply duct is provided, while larger sizes feature two ducts, ensuring efficient lubrication and performance.

3. Withdrawal sleeve (AH) --
Withdrawal sleeves are designed for mounting bearings with a tapered bore onto cylindrical seatings of stepped shafts. The sleeve is inserted into the bearing bore, abutting a shaft shoulder or other fixed component. It is then secured on the shaft using a nut or an end plate. These sleeves are slotted and feature an external taper of either 1:12 or 1:30, providing a reliable and precise fit.

4. Withdrawal sleeves for oil injection (AOH) --
AOH sleeves are specially designed with two oil supply ducts on the threaded side and oil distributor grooves in both the circumferential and axial directions. These grooves are located on the external surface and within the sleeve bore. When oil is injected through these ducts and grooves, it forms a film between the bearing and sleeve, as well as between the shaft and sleeve. This reduces the force required to mount the bearing significantly, ensuring smooth and efficient installation.
