1. Adapter Sleeve (H) --
Our Adapter Sleeves are the quintessential solution for mounting bearings with a tapered bore onto cylindrical shaft seatings. They are highly versatile, compatible with both smooth and stepped shafts, and straightforward to install without the need for additional fixation. These sleeves allow the bearing to be positioned flexibly on the shaft and come complete with a lock nut and locking device for your convenience.

2. Adapter Sleeve for Oil Injection (OH) --
These specialized sleeves feature an oil supply duct (or ducts) on the threaded side, along with distributor grooves in both the bore and external surface. For sizes up to and including 40, there is a single supply duct, while larger sizes are equipped with two ducts, ensuring optimal lubrication and performance.

3. Withdrawal Sleeve (AH) --
Our Withdrawal Sleeves are designed for mounting bearings with a tapered bore onto cylindrical seatings of stepped shafts. The sleeve is inserted into the bearing bore, which rests against a shaft shoulder or another fixed component. It is secured on the shaft with a nut or an end plate. These sleeves are slotted and feature an external taper of 1:12 or 1:30 for easy and precise installation.

4. Withdrawal Sleeves for Oil Injection (AOH) --
The AOH Withdrawal Sleeves come equipped with two oil supply ducts on the threaded side and distributor grooves that run circumferentially and axially in the outside surface and sleeve bore. By injecting oil through these ducts and grooves, an oil film forms between the mating surfaces of the bearing and sleeve, as well as between the shaft and sleeve, significantly reducing the force required for mounting the bearing.
