1. Adapter Sleeve (H) --
Adapter sleeves are indispensable for locating bearings with a tapered bore onto cylindrical shafts. Highly versatile, they can be utilized on both smooth and stepped shafts. These sleeves are remarkably easy to mount, requiring no additional fixation, and allow the bearing to be positioned at any point on a smooth shaft. Our EESCO adapter sleeves come complete with a lock nut and locking device, ensuring maximum reliability and ease of use.

2. Adapter Sleeve for Oil Injection (OH) -
Designed for efficiency, these sleeves feature an oil supply duct(s) at the threaded side, along with distributor grooves in both the bore and the outer surface. Sleeves up to size 40 have a single supply duct, while larger sizes incorporate two ducts, optimizing lubrication and performance.

3. Withdrawal Sleeve (AH) --
Withdrawal sleeves are expertly crafted for mounting bearings with a tapered bore onto stepped cylindrical shafts. The sleeve is pressed into the bearing bore, abutting a shaft shoulder or similar fixed component, and is secured by a nut or an end plate. Featuring a slotted design and an external taper of 1:12 or 1:30, these sleeves ensure precise and secure attachment.

4. Withdrawal Sleeves for Oil Injection (AOH) --
Our AOH sleeves are engineered with two oil supply ducts at the threaded side, along with oil distributor grooves running both circumferentially and axially on the outer surface and the sleeve bore. When oil is injected through these ducts and grooves, it forms a lubricating film between the bearing and the sleeve, as well as between the shaft and the sleeve. This significantly reduces the force required for mounting, enhancing efficiency and ease of installation.
